This product's title is misleading. The first ingredient is Maltodextrin, an artificial sugar usually made from corn or wheat. Maltodextrin has a higher Glycemic Index than even table sugar. It will taste nicely sweet, but if glucose levels in your body are a concern for you, you are not doing yourself a favor by eating it. Yes, the calories are very low, but the effects on one's pancreas and insulin response are probably not worth it.

I have used NuStevia for a few years now. I only use sugar for cooking and am transition that. This has absolutly non of the sharp metallic taste/after taste of other stevias much less those horrible sugar substitutes. Everyone else seems to love it, at least they don't make a frown when tasting their coffee/tea, or ask what I put in it.

In my experience, stevia tends to have a bitter aftertaste. Some brands are so bitter, I find them nearly inedible. This brand is by far the best tasting I've ever found. It has only a hint of bitterness on the backside, and the rest of the flavor profile is all sweet and smooth.

I've been using NuNaturals NuStevia in my iced tea for over 2 years. Good value.

I changed to this brand of Stevia as it has less bitter taste.

Natural sweetener without any aftertaste; equally good in hot or cold foods.
