I bought this today and it doesn't even turn on. Is it possible they sent it to me with a dead battery?

The app has been fixed and works great. However there are times it takes 2 or 3 minutes for it to do the temp.Please be aware that the current app is considered unsafe via Google play. Hopefully it's. Fixed soon I. Just got my thermometer and I am very disappointed as the app is. The only way you can get the tempature reading.Within 15 minutes of containing the company they replayed at 5:50am with it being a issue with a feature and working on resolving the issue. Honestly, I love this product it's simple I always wake at 5am to go to the bathroom and then I'm up and conscious at 5:45 So the ability to roll over take temp and not be trying to log it is amazing. I go to the bathroom come back and "sleep" for the next 45 minutes. When I'm conscious all I have to do is open the cap to activate the thermometer and open the app it uploads everything. I then transfer the information to my favorite app that I was using previously (fertility friend) it's has more options to compare and contrast but this app also has things the other does not. So I'll use both.

I’ve only been using the thermometer and app for a few days so I can’t speak to battery life or longevity, but I’m impressed. I love it and can’t wait to see the results long term. The app is fairly easy to use. Set up is easy. I love the alarm feature on the thermometer. As long as I sleep next to it with the alarm on, I can’t forget to take my temperature. It’s a short but high-pitched little beep. Some mentioned syncing issues, but the first day I used the thermometer the Bluetooth on my phone wasn’t turned on- I switched it on, opened the app, and my temperature magically appeared with no issues. I fall asleep with it still in my mouth, usually with my jaw propped on some part of my pillow, I wake up when it beeps twice, put the cap back on it and voila. The app also has interesting articles. Really happy with my purchase and new gadget. My only regret is not buying it ages ago.

My husband and I have been TTC for almost a year and This has been super helpful and does all the hard work of analyzing your bbt. Def recommend getting the “prime” year subscription for the conception guidance. I had been using a different brand of LH test strips, but this last cycle I used Femometer brand ones so I could use the “intelligent recognition” feature which tells you your LH levels- just have to be careful you’re doing it in the right light bc I had gotten different readings on the same test strip due to slightly different lighting when the picture was taken. Highly recommend!

I love how convenient it is, I can be half asleep and it beeps to let me know it has gotten the temp, then it syncs all the information right to my phone. I don’t have to remember what the temp was, fumble around with a paper and pen to remember and chart what it was, the app that works with it does all that for me. It is also small and lightweight, making it easy to bring anywhere, I just add it to my makeup bag when I travel. Been using this product since it was released to try and conceive. While we haven’t conceived yet, it has provided a great amount of information to my doctors to keep track of what could be going on.

I got this instead of the Daisy which is $200. I love how simple it is to set up and pairs directly to the app. I was able to set an alarm on the device, every morning I wake up and use it. I have had it for 6 months and would live without it. I am no longer on hormonal birth control but am not trying to have a baby just yet. I am using this to help track my ovulation and better understand my period.

This is so small and discreet. It’s easy to use as well. It can store it so you can temp and go back to sleep. It’s fast and I like that it beeps to let you know your measurement has been taken.Only issues are. It’s kind of annoying that you have to take the lid off for it to sync and send your bbt to app. Also apparently the alarm is Suppose to go off without the lid having to be removed but I guess I got a defective one because the alarm goes off only after I have taken lid off Wich completely defeats the purpose of the alarm to wake me and remind me to temp. also temp 2 time’s just in case the first one doesn’t work for some reason, sometimes the first temp even though it beeps when you connect it sometimes it didn’t record it and you find out later.I have been in contact woth the company about this issue. They have been very helpful and responsive. They tried to help me to fix it on my own and when that failed they are now sending me one for free to replace it.Great customer service. Great product highly recommend app and products.

I've never had one of these before so I can't compare it to anything but I can say, it does exactly what it is supposed to do. It takes my temperature and sends it over to an app for tracking. Setup was easy, I installed the app on my phone and synced up my bluetooth, boom done. For use, its best to use before you even get up in the morning so I keep mine by the bedside. Open up the app (which is weird because I try to not look at my phone before I get out of bed...) and open the lid, put thermometer in your mouth and wait about 3 minutes for it to beep. Even though it says to hold it under your tongue very still, its hard when you barely have your eyes open in the morning to even keep it still. So I lay my head on its side and prop the thermometer against my pillow and literally fall back asleep until the thing beeps.Their app has some cool features on it, basal temps, period tracker, ovulation test measurements. You can jot down if you've had intercourse or other female bodily functions you're experiencing that day. It also has some general health tips about getting pregnant, being pregnant, birth control, etc... I did find some iffy questionable info on there so take it with a grain of salt and do your own research. Overall, its a simple device and gives me the results I need so that I track my own feminine health... and they also send you a spare battery!
