Alamo Peppers Carolina Reaper Powder 1 Pound

I decided to buy this product because I got more for the money than another product I was using. This Reaper is brownish red vs. really red that the other company's reaper is. It also is not as finely ground as I am used to. I use it for a jerky marinate. I had to use almost twice as much to obtain the same intensity of heat in the final product.However, the other product was $45 for 4 ounces and this was $67 for a pound. So it still is a better deal.

Showed up quick but bag was damaged. Wrote alamo about damaged packaging but never got a response. So pretty much I wasted my money because i am not going to use a food product that the packaging is full of pin holes.

This is the best deal per volume of the stuff. It is a little thick for a normal pepper shaker but it's good stuff. I didn't weigh the bag, but it came in approximately 460 grams

Use it at my restaurant daily Extremely hot but customers live it.

The real stuff! I just hope it doesn't lose it heat after opening the bag.

clean, weight was good. Very good deal on the cost.
