Ordered these to replace old rusted ones on an 2003 eclipse. Went on with no problem.

I bought this because the trunk lid dropped and bopped my head. The parts weren't available locally, so I used Amazon. I like everything about this product. They work great for my car. No more having to hold up the trunk lid with one hand while loading/unloading the trunk.

I have a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GS. Used a t30 bit to unscrew top and bottom to put the new ones in. Pretty easy and my trunk isn’t slamming shut anymore. If you’re doing it alone make sure you prop something underneath the lid for ease of mind, but you don’t need to.

These work great. Just like a new car. And price is unbeatable.
