Imidiatly the “metal” turned blue from oxidizing around the rim. Stopped charging after a few months. Button to turn on was really hard to actually get to work the whole time. That being said the cleaning worked well during the few months it worked

It worked ok for 9 months and then stopped turning on due to whatever technical issue it had. Pretty expensive for a short period of use. I would not buy another one.

It arrived quickly and is a very nicely made cleaner but I just couldn’t justify spending this amount of money for something that really didn’t stand out or make a difference in the way I usually clean my lenses vs the way this holder cleans them. Also once I opened the lid .. it never closed again. I wasn’t able to figure out why it wasn’t closing because nothing was broken … it just wouldn’t close all the way completely so I had to return it unfortunately.

It's a really cool device and it definitely cleans well. The things I don't like is, the battery life is awful! You can get 2 cleans and then you need to charge it. So if you're using this for travel, bring your cord. The plunger, is cheep and doesn't latch on to your contact. I ended up just throwing it away and brought ones that work with hard contacts.

This just doesn’t vibrate hard enough for me I get very irritated eyes so I need them cleaned really strong do this just wasn’t for me is all .

Seems the design of the USB micro a/b connector issue. I always connect the charging cable very carefully, but now it stops charging when the micro USB pin is fully inserted after one month of use. Now it only starts charging when I use my finger to tilt the connector a bit constantly, but this is not acceptable. My previous ultrasound cleaner (a different brand, unfortunately, it's off the market) worked for more than three years. Compared to that, this product really sucks. The capacity of the battery is small too, with full charge it only allows to wash the lens one time. Have to charge it all the time, and now, the charging is broken and it's useless.

Doesn’t work unless plugged in and by working I mean making a clicking noise.

I was hoping this thing worked. Sounded great but when I got it and charged it the blinking red light that was suppose to go green went green blinking but never solid green. After leaving it on the charger overnight I decided to try using it and as soon as I touched the button to turn it on the light went back to blinking red. With an approval rating in the 60% range I'll not be exchanging it. Just returning it.
