You may need 3 coats but it’s such a nice color

The picture shows it kind of pinkish, at least on my screen. I knew it wouldn't be the exact color pictured; all products differ at least slightly from the picture. But it's really a pale brown color instead of anything even along the pink spectrum. I'll still wear it, but I was really hoping for a neutral pink color, and instead I got a brown that won't match much of what I wear. I'm rather upset that it isn't what I expected, and I really don't much like the color.

New fan of Essie nail polish. Saw this color on pinterest, thought it would be a great nude for work. With one coat the color (light pink) is very sheer. Almost see through sheer. On my fair skin, and already slightly pink natural nail color, I couldn't really tell I was wearing anything. Just looked like clear nail polish. Haven't tried it with more coats just yet. Hopefully, when I do I will be able to have rocking pink tinted nails.

This is one of my favorite colors from Essie. I have been looking for a pale pink nail color for awhile and Pink Glove Service is just perfect! You have to paint at least two coats before you can see an obvious difference, as it is so sheer. Perfect for a french manicure as well as just wearing by itself. I've gotten many compliments on it :)

I really like the Essie nail polish line. You get a great polish for the price. I rated this color a 4 only because it is a translucent pink and I wanted more coverage of a light pink then a clear pink. If you like a light pink/clear polish look then this is perfect for you.

I saw this color on Pinterst and had to have it. Much to my excitement, the bottle was much less expensive then in the store and arrived quickly. I've worn already and it lasts on my nails great.

The formula is a little thin, but its a beautiful color for summer. I use it over a white polish ( like I do with most ESSIE brights) and it looks beautiful.

I have only recently discovered Essie nail polish on the recommendation of a manicurist who did my nails at a spa resort. She used this brand of polish on my toes after a pedicure and I was really surprised by how long it lasted. In the end I had to remove the polish as my nails grew and left a tidemark but it hadn't chipped or rubbed off after nearly a month. The Cartel colour is a good dark navy, a bit darker than the one the manicurist used, and it has no iridescence to it. It doesn't last as long on my fingers which is not surprising as they are washing dishes, opening jars etc, but properly applied with base and top coat it lasts at least a couple of days without chipping. The colour is so dark that you can get away with one coat. To be honest I find the dark blue a bit too much for my fingernails and prefer something less vibrant. You do need to be a bit careful as even with a base coat there is a slight tinge of colour on the nails once the polish has been removed but i have had this issue with dark coloured polishes from other brands too.

Very pretty muted purple tinted brown. It will probably go with anything and I'm super happy with it. I think it's an old or discontinued product because the bottle and brush are different to newer Essies (narrow round brush instead of flat) but I think the formula is possibly nicer than newer ones. It applies really nicely. I don't know about the longevity because I only just put it on but I don't mind if it doesn't last ages because I like to change colours really often! The postage was quick and the seller wrote a little thank you on the delivery note which was nice.

I have several purple nail polishes that are called vivid but they aren't, this however is. I have been looking for a sort of bright purple for a while and every time I thought it was it turned up neon pink...very disappointing. It turns out that neon nail polish photographs badly and certain neon pinks photograph as purple. This is a true bright purple and although it is more than I would usually spend on polish, there are no colours out there that are the same as this. I have Barry M vivid purple which is quite dark looking. China Glaze Under the Boardwalk is neon pink and so is Sinful colours Dream On they both photograph as purple, you have been warned.DJ Play That Song is a very easy to use formula and as with all neons dries matte so will need a nice shiny top coat and although this one doesn't need a white basecoat like usual with neons. It takes 2 or 3 coats to fully cover nails and is the best purple I own.I would definitely recommend this nail polish.

This is one of the first Essie polishes that I have bought, as the price was always a bit too expensive for me, but after seeing this pink on someone, I had to buy it.It is a gorgeous bright Barbie pink shade that really stands out. This polish took a while to dry and creased a bit but this may have been the topcoat I used! Would highly recommend.

Nail polish arrived quickly and as described. It's very, very orange and unfortunately not exactly in my taste, there's however absolutely nothing wrong with the product nor the seller.
