Q: This is my first automatic watch. I keep it in a watch box and wear it 3-4 times a week. How do you keep this thing charged so it doesn't stop?

You can manually wind the watch. Use of a watch winder will wear out your watch and cause it to be serviced more often. Most watchmakers recommend winding 10 to 20 times when you put it on and then let the motion of your arm wind it from there.
