Very portable, great for low power outputs but both of my 120w paddle board pumps cut out almost immediately when trying to power via the dc output (probably max 5A output, definitely not 10A). The same thing happens nine out of ten times for one 120w pump when using the 240v socket - a peak of just 240w should easily cover any spike when starting them so pretty unlikely that it can be near the stated 400w peak.

Bought this in Feb 2023. Went to use it today for a project, was charging for about an hour than then went blank. Nothing. Dead as a parrot in a famous TV sketch. Can't return as outside 90 days (note this is a £200 item with only 90 day guarantee) and nothing from the seller.A very expensive mistake - avoid and get something reliable

I found this product ok initially it charged up and worked well for the first 4 uses but on the 5 use it failed and doesn't supply the USB or the 12v outputs. Once fully charged to 100 % it goes totally flat within 2 days it has no holding capacity which make it pretty useless and both Amazon and seller are not interested.

I am so disappointed with this product. I bought it earlier this year especially for a long European trip I'm currently on "off grid" in a camper van. (I'm publishing my experiences online!)After 4 discharges & recharges, using either the provided 12 volt car accessory cable, solar panel cable or via a 60 watt USB C the problems began. First it would not switch off, then it would no longer recharge from USB or via 12 volt. Then the 230 volt output started to fail intermittently. The only means to recharge it was via my solar panel into the appropriate port on the Swarey battery.....then that stopped working too.As I was in the EU I couldn’t accept an Amazon returns label as that works only from the UK.So I had to email constantly the seller to get a returns address where I could send it, via courier, from my location. Too much time was wasted trying to get this sorted out. I bought packing materials and a suitable box, prepared to ship it when the seller changed his mind and decided a return was not necessary! I finally got a refund but I cannot recommend this product at all. It claims to have a lifespan of 10 years.... it didn't manage 10 hours.Travelling constantly for the next 4 months, without a fixed address means I can't replace this with a more reliable brand (like the Bluetti range).If you are considering buying one of these power generators choose wisely. "Buy cheap, buy twice." And do NOT buy a Swarey!!! Nothing but hassle and you'll end up with a totally unreliable product. (Plus I had the additional inconvenience of finding and paying for a suitable recycling facility to dispose of this rubbish). So disappointed with Swarey. Never ever again.9

This has worked as intended for over one year now. Very reliable and convenient.

The media could not be loaded.  I looked at ALOT of the small power stations before choosing thos one. Some are flashier yes, bells and whistles and lights but what is it for? It is for charging and powering you electrical devices so why spend more on others is what I asked myself. This one is great because...It is lifepo4 batteries, (currently the best) it has enough capacity to charge three smart phones every day for at least 7 days in our experience, it switches on automatically when plugged in with a USB c high charge lead, the ac power function is completely silent operating, and you can fast charge it from a portable 120watt panel whith dc and USB c plugged in simultaneously in about 3 hours on a sunny day in the UK.It's a good option for a family who want power when away from home for up to 5 days I'd say.
