Our mixie globe leaks mist outside when the mist is coming into the crystal ball. Is this normal?

About how many cycles of mist (times playing the whole reveal) can you have with the product out of the box before you need a refill?

Hello Thank you for your email, the Crystal Ball allows approximately 10 rounds of mists before depleting and you need to refill the unit :) Please note, each refill vial allows approximately 40+mist rounds and refill packs comes with two vials. Il beccuccio tondo pressato contro lo stantuffo a molla del calderone non permette un'agevole refill del vano caldaia del calderone, non scendeva il liquido. Ho modificato l'ugello con un taglierino togliendo una striscia di plastica per far sì che alla pressione della bottiglietta il liquido avesse "strada libera" per arrivare dentro il vano caldaia. STATE ATTENTI CON I TAGLIERINI - SOLO GENTE COMPETENTE, NON BASTA ESSERE GRANDI!!! Seguirà foto della modifica.
