Graphite Powder 400 Mesh, 1 Quart Dry Powdered Graphite Lubricant

I used a “Ketchup” bottle for the talc powder. Mounting my motorcycle tubed tires I was able to precisely deploy talc between the inner tube and inside of tire. The high quality of this talc powder will do the rest, in preventing the inner tube from sticking to the tire. Great product!

This is literally a lifetimes worth of graphite powder, for a great price. I laughed when I saw that it had an expiration date printed on it. Debated whether I should take a star for the missed opportunity of making the expiration date 10^30 years from now from proton decay.

I have been casting lead soldiers from World War 1 and World War II along with civil war soldiers and cannons and other field equipment for many years. The standard with the molds was to hold them over a candle and coat the molds with soot from the burning candle to help the lead flow easier when casting. I read about this Graphite Powder and gave it a try. I have far less failures to flow using this than I ever did with the candle soot. You just sprinkle it on the mold, blow off the excess and the molten lead does not stick to the molds and flows just like it should. I wish I had known about this stuff years ago, it's great.

Good, a little gritty compared to Johnson’s.

I purchased this for use with my John Deere 71 planters. Graphite is added to the seed and provides lubrication to the moving parts as the seed pass thru the various measuring parts. My old box of graphite ran out this spring and neede more. I definitely didn't need a 10 lb box I used for the last 10-15 years and this was just the right size. Size of the graphite is, best I can tell, same if maybe a bit finer than what I was using so I'm very happy I found this.

Work perfect for tube type military tires and tubes. Makes tube and tire flap installation easy with no pinch flats.

I bet you wonder why I bought such a large container of Graphite. Well its because I mix it into hot wax and use the mixture to lubricate bike chains and it was by far the best value anywhere and should last me a long time.

I bought this to make conductive paint for electroplating. It has zero conductive properties, so steer clear if that is the reason that you are buying this product.
