I’ve been taking this product for a short time now and have been really pleased with the results. I take them for a couple of different reasons.. 1) meal infill 2) pre workout 3) fat burner. I take 1 tablet 3 times a day in between meals. They are really easy to swallow and just so long as you take them with a glass of water there are no after effects like heart burn or indigestion type symptoms like I’ve experienced with some other brands. As a meal infill they are effective as I find I can go longer between meals. As a pre workout (mainly before playing football - take 15mins prior) I find my alertness and stamina to be noticeably better. Finally as a fat burner, I can see a difference but fat burning isn’t generally an overnight thing so unless you’re on a strict diet and a regular workout regime (of which I aren’t and in that case you’d be burning the fat quicker anyway) some time and patience will be required but this is no different to any other brand that I’ve tried. Overall I’m pleased with this product and the results I experience so I’ll be continuing with it for now.

Very good product, it has helped me a lot before training and without training, it reduces my appetite and gives me energy to train. I will continue taking it and I recommend ap 100x100

Good all round fat burner that curbs appetite and helped me loose a nice chunk of weight. Hopefully it continues to work but I have been doing lots of cardio combined with healthy eating which also helps. No jitters too which most fat burners give you when I’ve previously taken.

I didnt notice any effects of it working when taking this product. It is also expensive compared to similar products.

Load of rubbish. Found no difference using this than without it. Save your memory and put an extra hour in at the gym. Value for money one star, only because you can't have a minus.

I have been in these a few weeks now and eaten very healthy as normal, I don't eat sweets, crisps, chocolate anyway. I take 3 per day as it states. I have not lost even 1 pound in weight, I work a 12 hour day so you'd think I would lose something but no....

Alas, these held so much promise after ready so many reviews but, despite following a diet and taking them religiously, I have lost nothing :(( Certainly didn't work for me then
