defective product
I used it only twice and it is already damaged, it does not slide out from the USB micro A side. The bad think there is no place to report that and have it replaced as it is been less than 6 months even

Can be use with different devices
The reason I bought the flash drive is because of the size of the storage capacity and not expensive also to be able to use with different devices which make it very useful. Did not give 5 stars because I haven’t use it yet. Might update later on after use. SM

Backed up my iPads but crashes when I try to back up iPhone.
It took a long time because I have a lot of photos but it successfully backed up my photos and videos on both of my iPads.However each time I try to back up the photos and videos in my IPHONE 7+ crashes every time I try.This is not a deal breaker but it is annoying as heck.Also forget about reading the user manual unless you have a magnifying glass to read it.Fortunately I have used 2 other brands so I know how to do it.

Nice 4 in 1 connector flash drive
Like size. Slide bar locks so connects easily. Basic file transfer from computer to flash drive completed with no problems.Needs lanyard clip. Needs power light to indicate on.Software/app seems involved but have not yet fully utilized.

Perfect for what I wanted
I wanted to save money by not buying additional Apple iCloud storage and I was able to transfer all of my pictures, and videos
