I normally don’t rate until I have some experience with a product. I have used the frying pan for at least 10 times now and I’m impressed. It cooks well with heat seeming evenly distributed and it behaves like.a nonstick pan. Easy to clean!

These are good quality and nicely packaged. The color is nice and they don't rust. They are heavy. Bought this pan to make rice but it's not a good pan for that. It sticks. But it's great for anything else. And they also heat up well.

Excellent finish and the best pan I've used for one dish meals like chili with pasta. Haven't had any problems with sticking when preheat guidelines are followed. I intend to purchase other Avacraft pans in the future to replace my non stick cookware.

I have been using the pan for over two weeks and have cooked several dishes, and the results were good. I made stir-fried vegetables, fish as well as chicken curries. The pan heats up nicely and evenly. I heat my pan at medium to low temperatures and perform the mercury ball test to check whether the pan has attained heat. I have an induction cooktop range in my apartment, and approximately, the pan takes 6 to 6 and a half mins to heat up and reach a specific temperature to become non-stick when using medium temperature. Once you do the mercury ball test and pour oil, the pan will become non-stick, and your food won't get stuck at the base. Before using this pan, please check out Youtube videos to learn about the mercury ball test on stainless steel pans. I haven't faced any issues while cleaning the pan. I sometimes use a scotch-Brite stainless steel scrubber, and the pan shines as new as ever.

I bought two different sizes of these every day pans. I like that they are all stainless steel with glass lids, which seems difficult to find lately. The bottom of the pan is thicker than the sides. The sides are finished better (edges are rolled) than similarly priced pans I purchased at the same time. The silicone handles feel nice, and the lid has a vent hole which is a plus.The quality control of these pans could be improved. The 11" pan arrived with a deep scratch inside the pan, and a dent directly across from the scratch. When turning the 9" pan I could hear something loose moving inside the base of the pan. It seems like the base was not finished/bonded properly to the bottom of the pan, as an object (solder?) has room to move around. Inside the bottom of the pan there are visible bonding imprints. I am not expecting perfection from the $50 range, but I feel that these two pans shouldn't have left production in their condition. I returned both. Although I generally like the pans, I would hesitate to try another pan from Avacraft until they address the quality control issues at their manufacturing plant.

Very god product, every home must have one as you can use it to cook almost all dishes in it. The size is right for an average-sized home.
