I really liked this cook book. It's like an introduction to Korean food for enthusiastic beginners like me. Sprinkled with beautiful illustrations, helpful instructions and little anecdotes, it makes the food and the country come alive. You can see it and almost taste it! (And then cook it, and you can actually taste it !)
