Q: What is the diameter of the interior hole?

A 1/2" splice piece will fit snugly. However under pressure it will slide out. So you will need a cable clamp. Zip tie will work but after a year it will break. I have started using soft wire like they use on electric fence. Make a couple of wraps and twist the ends with a pair of blunt nose pliers.

Q: Can this tubing handle 140F of heat?

I am not 100% sure of the answer but I have read product descriptions that suggest up to 170F. I am using this product on cold water yard irrigation. Hope that helps.

Q: Does this tubing have holes for irrigation along it’s length?

No holes thin plastic pipe, I think people do use it drip irrigation inserting emitter lines.

Q: Approximately what area is covered by this roll of 500 feet?

Depends on what you are trying to do and your water pressure. You could run a 500 ft hose. Or use it as a header for drop lines. If you put drip emitters on it you need to know gallons per minute your water flow and gallons per hour your smiters flow then you will know how much area you can cover.
