Simple log of workouts only
This log was exactly what I was looking for. It is straightforward and is just a log for your workouts. Every other one I found had goals and food tracking, etc. and this is what I was looking for. I am very happy with my purchase and will buy again once I fill this one up. It is paper back but still sturdy enough for my needs.

Perfect Log Book
Well-organized, well-made and well-priced weightlifting log book. It really is perfect for tracking and recording your workouts. As soon as I fill all 120 pages I’m definitely buying another one!

Best I have found
I really enjoy this workout log. There is plenty of space for weights and reps to be logged. Also includes tracking information for current weight, time start and finish for workout, date, day, etc. My only wish is that each page had a place for notes.

Everything I Need!!!
Just received but I can't imagine changing my mind. This is everything I need, no frills, no fancy cover to raise the price. I can plan my lift schedule the night before or even the week before so I'm not wasting time in the gym. I appreciate the simplicity, nothing I don't need. Thankyou, I plan to put this on auto delivery.

Better than many other log books for much less money
This is a fantastic product. Every athlete should have a log book, and this one is much better suited than many others. Also there is just enough pages to track 3 workouts a week for a calender year. Side not, the binding and page thickness is on point as well.

Nicely done!
I tried some apps and a spreadsheet and all were a bust. This simple log is well-designed and simple and clear. Great simple font choices. There is plenty of room to write. The book is compact and easy to carry. The day-of-the week boxes at top of each page are a thoughtful touch. This book is the rare thing that fills my need exactly.
