Being such a cheap chair I tend to keep my expectations very low. I will say the padding on the leg rest could definitely be more substantial, and I am always on and off about lumbar support (great when sitting up, awful when reclining), but it came out a lot nicer than expected.My last chair at a similar price had a better leg rest, but it also had issues tipping over, the bottom cushion basically went totally flat in days, and the head pillow didn't even snuggly fit the chair needing to he slid on top and hope it doesn't slide off the top. This one is buckled so you can strap it through the belt holes. Also can say a fair bit more stable.The RGB effect is way better than I expected. The lights are very bright and vibrant and for the most part diffuse. I say for the most part as the LEDs near arm hit for the back side are definitely visible and not properly diffuse. But it looks really good. It also seems to have an obscene amount of settings in it. Literally clicked the next button for over a minute without it repeating, literally obnoxious. The only functions on the control as hot keys are red, green, blue, cyan, orange, pink, white, and an auto cycle setting. All other settings like breathing, color shift, moving patterns, etc are all only found clicking the next and back effect buttons. Not the greatest but it's cool you still get the choice.The backrest was something I wasn't sure how to think of it. It has a basic haptic motor in it to vibrate it. Assuming it's supposed to be a massage feature. It did feel kinda nice, but it makes a lot of noise and reverberates the entire chair. Not to mention it's not controlled with the remote, you can only turn it on or off by plugging and unplugging it. Not very convenient for a feature. Still being that I recline my chair a lot, I usually won't even have it on at all. Though I will say it is the most comfortable back rest when reclining I've tried. The chair even came with the screws pre-installed to the holes so you knew they were threaded well and never mixed up screws for each hole.I'd say the only issues I've noticed are that the arm rests have some nodules on them from poor construction, and they have a rather deep divide down the middle of them from the side. Won't bother your arms, but if you like draping your arm over the arm rests like me, you'll notice it.TLDR: I think it is definitely worth the price. It's no luxury chair, but it is very high quality compared to what you'd expect. It's not perfect no, but it is about the best you can expect for such a cheap chair.

I've had this chair for over a year now. It's comfy, offers good support for lumbar and it's got adjustment points anywhere you want them. The lights are awesome and there's tons of patterns and color combos you can choose from. I use it every day and it's held up really well. Very worth the price.

I decided to put the chair together on Christmas Eve but ran into an issue - but support came to my rescue.I sent an email to the support address and within 15 minutes I heard back. We exchanged a couple of emails to discover what I had done wrong and supports suggestion corrected the issue. Basically 'saved' me and one of my main Christmas gifts to my daughter. You couldn't ask for better support (especially being late Christmas Eve night). I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.The Chair was easy to set up, support saved me on Christmas Eve, Chair feels really comfy, the Lights look great (as you can see from other posts), and my daughter loved the chair.Great purchase overall!

I've been sitting on a regular office chair for many years, and really wanted to try a high tech ergonomic chair.Then after searching the web for a while I found this chair, and it looked amazing to me. The chair is exactly as advertised and very large.Pro :1.Adjustable armrest ,it moves up and down ,left and right .2.I like its reclining backrest and massage lumbar pillow, VERY stable.3. Looks amazing, feels amazingConclusion ,not cheap ,but worth the money , Better than any other chair I've seen in Office depot or Amazon. .

The chair is pretty good, nothing special, but for the price point a pretty good deal. However it was clearly opened and previously assembled. Not a big deal, but it was missing a wire to connect the rgb lights. I reached out several times weeks ago, but no response disappointing customer service that the chair can't do the main selling point or claims.UPDATESeller was very responsive and send every piece that I needed ASAP. I am leaving one star off as I have found that the chair will tip forward due to a poor center of gravity. Still, for the price and the quality of the chair, I would reccomend this!

I had the chair a little over a year and it collapsed on me without warning. The plastic disintegrated. The seller did not make it right.

So for starters I ordered the chair and the first one came messed up the leg rest bolt was cross threaded and i could not get it to come undone so the leg rest did not work for me. Only the one side of the chair would light up and it would not light up the correct way. the bottom part of the chair light up fine if you bypassed the back of the chair. I contacted the seller sent pics of the chair messed up and explained everything and they said they would send me a free replacement chair what they did and it works prefect. I got to keep the other chair that did not work right so I will use it a back up or when friends come over. Lights up the way it should super easy install took about 30 mins or less. I would buy again from this seller. Seller went above and beyond to get me the chair I paid for.The only Con I have is that the chair Massager only vibrates nothing more. I think it should specify that it only Vibrates. The vibrator is strong enough it feels good at least

It’s a good chair. Very good quality and very comfortable. The massage works really good. I love it especially because I have lower back problem. It helps a little bit. The RGB lights look really cool. Perfect for my streaming. The headrest is soft and comfy too. Very easy to assemble with the instructions. It also came with hardware. Packaging was great. Customer service was excellent easy to contact and responds quickly too. Fast shipping. Would 100% recommend.
