Raybestos MGD833MH Reliant Brake Pad Set

Actually my Pop was all set to go pay some Garage what a”I” thought was a completely overpriced set of brakes on his older but awesome condition 2003 Ford XLT W/the big V 6 truck that stays parked 80% of the time, gets used spring and fall for hauling debris from the property and just having an extra vehicle whenever anyone in the family needs a truck or vehicle due to accidents or hauling. The “Garage” said he needed new rotors,on front bc that they were warped( totally not true, I checked myself and honestly didn’t need turning and still had 1/2 pad left?) anyway, I ordered these Raybest pads and amazed my Pop at just how easily and super fast I was able to switch out the front pads. He’s got breaks now that’ll stop on a dime and give you back 5 cents back in change. No noise, just good working and exact fit pads. Now he wants me to do the rear shoes, which the “Shop” told him he needed new drums and shoes, After my inspection this “Shop” was really trying to pull a fast one on my Pop. What a great feeling to save my Pop the $1,000 they wanted to do the work. What is wrong with some of these places? They all can’t be rip off artist, can they?? I did the work myself, took an hour to an hour and half to do the front and of course a little longer for the rear. It’s been a while since I’ve fooled with drum brakes but, it all came back to me. To be able to help my Dad and save him so much$$ by buying all the parts I needed at almost 1/2 the price of area parts stores from Amazon really was an awesome feeling. Especially when he brags to all his friends that his #1 son was able to do the job for less than a 1/4 of the price after buying me a set of jack stands I needed and wanted for my tool collection. Amazon to the rescue! Those even sob’s 😁

Little hard to install, didn’t seem like grooves were deep enough but got them to fit

Put these on my ex girlfriend's Ford right before she broke up with me. Now I wish they didn't work as well as they do.

Fits on the front of my 2005 2 wheel drive Ford Explorer Sport Trac. Amazon lists them for the rear. I cross checked with Rockauto and they are for the front. Comes with the pad clips.

This fit perfectly on my 05 Ford Ranger(4.0. 4x4). Work great!
