WAS.... Happy!!
UMMM... Completely impressed! Only a little noisy on the way up with a 41lb 43-inch monitor, but very smooth operation and looks fantastic. Heavy duty as described, but not overly industrial looking. I used a 4-year-old Ikea glass desktop and was able to screw the glass to the frame using the mounts built onto the bottom of the glass. Just needed to use four 3/4 inch rubber feet to support the middle (see pic).Still setting things up and getting wiring dialed in later, but the first week has been a dream!Edit: I’m now having a major issue with the left side of the system. I tried lowering it to level it out and I just keep getting a error on the controller.Edit 2: I got it to lower, but I had to unplug the control unit under the desk first. Then I plugged it back in and held the down button until it leveled itself out. Not sure what the problem really is but hopefully they do something about it.

AWESOME product. SPECTACULAR Customer Service.
Brilliant product. HEAVY. Heavy-duty. Tank-like construction. Easy assembly. Fast, quiet and dependable adjustment. Absolutely no shake. Backed by PHENOMENAL customer service.Titan stands behind their product with amazing customer service. I bought two of these bases. Each came with 32 screws to be used in assembly. Of these 64 screws, one single screw was defective. Clearly, a fluke. The hex opening had metal inside it. A screwy screw making machine. Not the end of the world. I emailed Titan and asked for a replacement screw. They got back to me quickly and, (are you sitting down?) they refunded the entire purchase price.A 5 cent screw from the hardware store, and I have the perfect desk. This awe-inspiring customer service story was brought to you by... Titan. You cannot go wrong ordering from Titan. If there is an issue, they will make it right.

defective
Edit: while initially this was a great product...until about 13 months after the purchase my wife started entering her office every morning and finding the desk was at the “0” position just a couple of feet off the floor. Initially this was problematic but we thought it was weight or accidentally touching the control box as she got up. Then the desk started going down all the time...even in the middle of seeing clients via video conference. I contacted Titan and much to my surprise they didn’t stand behind their product because the warranty had expired, moreover they didn’t offer a discount, but almost seem to take pride in their defiance. I understand that warranties are of certain periods, but if it was my company I would at least want to see the control box to make sure that other customers didn’t experience similar problems. I also readily admit that it is their prerogative to conduct business the way they want to...but it is my prerogative to advise people to look elsewhere unless they don’t mind spending several hundred dollars a year for a working desk.My wife loves this desk. She works from home and gets so tired of sitting. Now through out the day she can stand or sit and the desk accommodates it.The product is amazingly sturdy further the build out is very common sense and doesn’t take a PhD in chinglish to manage the instructions. The most impressive part of the stand is the motor and control unit. It is so quiet that while my wife is seeing a patient via telemedicine she can adjust the desk and the jabra doesn’t pick up a sound. Further the granularity of adjustment is amazing. I haven’t officially measured it but it may adjust a mm at a time. With two memories you can easily store your sitting and standing height and make life even easier.I do recommend using Velcro to attach the controller at least initially as my wife has changed her mind about where she wants it.

Best all around
When I bought this I searched pretty hard to find an automatic adjusting desk that has the highest weight capacity as well as the most versatile in terms of length and height adjustment for the money. I found this Titan desk to measure up to my expectations! And with a quick search on the net, it still appears to be one of the best.Cons: There have been a few times where the adjustment interface has displayed and "Err" as mentioned in other reviews, but it was simply resolved by unplugging the controller and plugging it back in. 1 of the plastic motor cases broke in the corner. I cannot remember how or why, but I just remember thinking it was a cheap plastic case, poorly made. However, this has not caused any problems and it is not noticeable.Pros: I have had no issues besides the one mentioned above. The desk has supported a very heavy wood 68" x 35" x 1" table top. It has always been able to adjust and I adjust daily since it's better for my posture / ergonomics. The range in adjustments is great. I've disassembled the desk a few times for moves and it has been easy to reassemble. The wood TableTop that I put on is warped a bit, but it hasn't caused any issues with alignment of the product, which is great.
