My girlfriend went on a diet and paid like $200 for a kit, and I bought this. I mix a scoop with my coffee and it really boosts the flavor nicely. I am really pleased with the results - I am down 5 lbs. Seems like this product kind of curbs your appetite - it is also a protein powder that promotes muscle tone and growtih paired with a workout program. I also noticed a large boost of energy with this. Overall, I couldn't be happier. I try to drink a scoop per day and in the summer months as it is now, I mix with an ice cold glass of water. Side effects are minimal, I do notice SOME stomach cramping with this but that is natural given the product has a bunch of iron and protein packed in it. However, it is not stomach upsetting in that the taste is not so offputting that you have to guzzle it down. It has a nice cocoa taste to it and is pretty natural. I would buy it again for sure.

Update*** still LOVING this shake. When I make something for the family for dinner that has too many calories for me I just drink this instead. I've lost 38lb now and still losing weight.So far I've lost about 20lb in 2 months with this. It tastes soooo good that I sometimes crave it. It tastes just like melted vanilla ice cream when mixed with milk. It's 120cal a scoop so with 16oz of 1% milk it's 320cal. I would normally eat a ton of calories at dinner so instead of dinner I started drinking this. I'm not hungry after drinking this it fills me up so I could start eating less. The weight came off quickly. If you're looking for a protien shake that has no disgusting after taste and tastes delicious this is your best pick. My husband bought the chocolate kind and I dont like it . the chocolate one tastes exactly like cold, powdered "hot chocolate" mix.

Love this taste of this protein. Vanilla is my fav.

02/12/21: I ordered the Chocolate and it arrived today, on time. The container was sealed on the outside with the plastic wrapped completely around it with no tears. When I unscrewed and lifted the black cap, the inner white seal came off with it... So, this has happened to me in the past with other products, no big deal!First things first: before mixing it with other things... I added 1 scoop with 6oz unsweetened almond milk in my blender bottle. Waited a minute and re-shook. The taste isn’t bad, no stomach issues like with some protein powders. It mixes well enough for me.Taste: It’s not an excellent or the best tasting stuff, but it tastes way better then others I’ve had in the past. Everyone’s taste buds are different anyways. I hate broccoli, others love the stuff. There you go... this is a food supplement/meal replacement item to help with weight loss. I can mix and match it with other things to keep it interesting. I’m pleased with the product itself and will continue to use it and update later.So many possibilities for the Chocolate!!!Add 1/2 tsp (or more) of instant coffee for a coffee mocha shake.In a blender: 4-6 oz of liquid, 1 scoop if powder, ice, a squeeze of sugar free chocolate syrup & 1/2 tsp instant coffee. Mix until you’re happy. After mixing, add a dollop of whipped cream on top for a Iced Mocha (like McDs frozen Mocha)Also I’ve added 1/2 TBSP of PB powder to make a peanut butter cup shake.For a double chocolate shake add 1 TBSP of sugar free chocolate syrup and a small scoop of Bryers Carb Smart Ice Cream.

I rated it high because I have always loved isoburn. Chocolate and strawberry are my favorite. However, I recently ordered it again a few weeks ago. It seems a little different… the taste seems a little off. Then I noticed there were no red speckles in it like it use to have. So I’m wondering if something has changed or if I got a bad batch this time? Hoping it’s just an accident and nothing has changed.

Had high hopes for this product, it’s ok but didn’t see any results from it like it advertises.Pros: Taste is decent, ingredients are on the right track but didn’t see results from, isolate protein.Cons: you go thru the whole bottle insanely fast. I literally stopped using because I was having to purchase a new bottle every 2 weeks just from using twice a day. It was getting too expensive. I even used for 2 months spent a ton of money thinking it needed time to work but no. Waste of money. Goes too quick and for only 20g of protein per scoop not worth it.

FINALLY! i have been looking for a protein powder like this for a long time and this one is very satisfying. Mixes pretty smoothly no clumpier than any other brand and i have yet to try any other bsn products but i would like to explore more flavors of this one because this really does taste great. For anyone complaining its chemically or such i havent had that aftertaste at all. This is about as close to scooping up the last few melty spoonfulls of an ice cream sundae as youll get before the gym without literally stopping at the golden arches and inhaling 500 calories and then running it off while you hate yourself... so ya dont do that and just do a scoop of this in some milk or for less calories water which is actually how i drink it and it tastes fine. Pick your flavor and give this a shot its honestly so so so good and i usually hate most protein powders but ive found my favorite until i try more bsn products.
