Quest Nutrition Blueberry Cobbler Hero Protein Bar, Low Carb, Gluten Free, Soy Free, 10 Count

These came recommended to me by a friend, and I'm glad I went for 2 boxes (blueberry and chocolate caramel pecan). Both of them taste great and don't have that weird aftertaste found with other low-calorie sweeteners.Allulose (d-psicose) is fairly new to the commercial food market, but I see a lot of potential after doing some reading (and tasting). Evidently, so does Quest, and so does the FDA as of 2019, when they allowed it to be excluded from nutrition labels under 'Sugars'. They still require it to be included in a product's overall carb count, despite whatever lower impact on blood sugar/glycemic index it has. That explains why Quest markets it as low carb, but you don't see this indicated very well on the nutrition label.Allulose is supposed to have less side effects than sugar alcohols in terms of gas, bloating, diarrhea, and other GI distress, but your mileage may vary. From what I've read (and eaten), it seems fine in moderation; see DOI: https://dx.doi.org/10.3390%2Fnu10122010 for an article from Nutrients, 2018 Dec. That article recommends eating no more than 0.4g per kg of body weight (or ~0.18g per pound) in one sitting, and possibly up to double that over the course of a day, to limit adverse GI side effects. For reference, these contain 11g per bar (as of Sept 2020). I'm no scientist or doctor but if my math is correct, that means I won't be eating more than 3 of these per day, and *definitely* not in one sitting.

These by far are the best quest bars I have tried. They are filling and low carb, so great for those on Keto. Only bummer is they won't ship to hot climates in the summer, but I understand that they would end up melted. Can't wait for them again in the fall. Price is the same as local grocery stores, but subscribe and save is much more convenient, and this flavor often sells out locally.

I have been a big Quest fan for years, but these are next-level bars. I use them when I want a treat, and boy do they satisfy. I have a box of all the flavors, and I think the blueberry ones are the best. To my surprise they came shipped in insulated packaging with two ice packs. I erred on the side of caution and have been keeping them in the fridge. I make sure to take one out of the fridge a couple hours before I want one, otherwise they are rock hard. Kudos to those not living in a warm environment haha. Soooooo tasty.

The Quest Hero bar is one of my favorite Keto/Low carb bars. I love the whole series. The blueberry is good, and has a very pronounced BLUEBERRY sweetness (I capitalized the letter because the taste hits pretty hard). The blueberry flavor is pretty sweet, and kind of like the taste of food chemistry trying to capture the flavor of blueberries based on a computer description of flavor. The taste is not unpleasant, it is sweet and reminiscent of Blueberry Kool aid, but misses the fresh, bright flavor of the fruit itself.However, like all Hero bars, this is dense, chewy, has some crunch and some of that awesome carmel-y chewiness that is very satisfying and filling. A perfect low carb snack or breakfast treat.If you are looking for variety in low carb bars, this is a good one. If you have not tried Hero bars, I would recommend starting with the vanilla carmel or chocolate peanut butter (both are yummy).

This- at the time- had a great price!Lower in carbs and sugars, this flavor is a true sweet treat. Absolutely delicious!Note- this flavor of Quest bars is super sweet- if you like it less sweet- I would try a different flavor.It has a very good coating, plus a chewy/sticky inside, so it is definitely sweeter than their other bars- but I still love them.

Yum, I love it!!!!!! I had never seen a blueberry protein bar before. It is higher in sugar than most of my protein bars but not super high like a lot of others are...overall pretty great macros, great taste and texture! I used to like the protein bars best that were more candy-bar like with caramel and strawberry-jam like stuff in them, but then those became too sweet for me or something...I kinda wish the blueberry layer in this was a biiiit thicker, but it's great that it's not too sweet and is delicious!Update: I've tried all 3 flavours now, and these are by far my favourite Quest food products! The blueberry is definitely still my fave, vanilla caramel second fave, and the chocolate pecan caramel lastly (but it's good too - though I can't taste the pecan part?) Love the texture and taste of these, and the macros!

For a meal-replacement protein bar, you can’t get much more decadent then these . They’re soft, they taste like blueberry with an almost maple covering, and are perfect for eating in a pinch (I tend to like breakfasts I can eat while driving without making a mess!)The flavor is on point, the size is perfect, and the price is decent as well.

Tastes OK, except that there's hardly any Blueberry flavor. Was a fan of the coating, but disappointed in the lack of Blueberry filling. If it had had more, it would have been great. These bars are expensive and should be better for the money.

Al comprarlas pensé que iba a estar empalagosas, pero nada que ver. Trabajo 8 horas corridas y me ayudan a aguantar el hambre. Mucho más saludable que comprar papitas u otra comida chatarra.

Es una caja de 10 barras y no vienen aplastadas o maltratadas.

Me he llevado un fiasco en este pedido. Conozco las barras, su sabor, y la verdad si me gustan. Pero me ha tocado la casualidad de que no se pueden devolver y resulta que están caducados desde FEBRERO!!!! si FEBRERO, 4 meses caducados y así venden y mandan los productos. Nunca más compraré por aqui

Pesimo!!!! Lo mandaron y tiene 2 meses que caduco y peor aun no aplica ni devolución ni reembolso
