These knee compression sleeves have saved my ability to continue running into my 60s. I was dealing with on and off arthritic pain in my knees, and these sleeves have kept me going. They're also great for hiking, as well as sitting for long periods of time in cramped seats in a theater or a stadium. Pro tip: I was a solid size L according to their chart, but I had to return the size L for a size M which fits much better. So go a size down.

About six months ago I misplaced, lost, left behind, whatever my neoprene knee brace. Went back to the place where I bought it and they now stock a different brand. Was not satisfied with their new brand so kept on the hunt. Was kind of skeptical with this one because of the difference in fabric but it is one of the few that I found that has the non-slip bands around the top. After carefully taking my measurements, I ordered the XL (I was between XXL & XL so I ordered the XL as per suggested). The look, the feel, the size is exactly what I've been looking for. They are snug but not excessively binding and the non-slip band around the top is performing as expected. I've been wearing them for the past couple of hours and moving around to try and have them slip down, but they have stayed in place. This was very important to me because I want to get back to my run/walk activities and don't want to worry about having to pull them up while in the middle of a race. Great product and a fair price, I definitely recommend this product!

Good support for knee and good quality. But they do slip down ,they need a silicone strip on the bottom of the sleeve and they would be perfect.

I have had 20 surgeries on both of my legs and just had another 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, each time I have a complication and this time was no different. I kept bleeding into the joint. 3 aspirations (85cc, 75cc, and 80cc). That was enough, plus the associated pain, and I don't like pain medications. I ordered this brace on the day of the first aspiration and received 2 days later just after the third aspiration. The bleeding stopped, the swelling decreased and so did the pain. I have been using it for the last couple of weeks, wearing it all day and it has been very comfortable and it stays in place. No, I am no the athlete in the picture. That was when I was young. Now I am 63, and after a total of 63 surgeries (thank you Navy and middle east adventures) so I don't move that much and I am bigger than I would like to be. I am, however a physician, who practices Rehabilitation Medicine, Sports Medicine and Pain Management. First, not every brace will work and fit everybody and certainly isn't a reason to give it a low rating, but this one has been great for me and I will certainly recommend it to my patients. I have already ordered one for my daughter and my brother. I plan on getting myself another so I have one available when I wash the other.5/31/2020-This is a addition to the above review. I have now purchased an additional 2 braces for myself and another for my wife. I find that if I wash the braces a few days they hold their shape and do not slip. Do not put them in the dryer, just air dry them. So all members of my family are using them in different sizes and we are all different body shapes. I have been recommending them to my patients for the last year and wish I had stock in the company....lol, and no they didn't give me anything for free for writing my review.

I ordered a large for an urgent need. Unfortunately an XL was sent and I didn’t realize so I went ahead and used the product. I’ve had to order others as replacements but now have to keep this one to use until the replacements arrive. If it had been the correct size I would have been pleased with it. Packaging did not indicate a size. I’ll see about returning it later but that’s a hassle for an inexpensive item. As President Reagan said, “trust but verify!”

The fit was good, and it stays in place quite well.

This was my first experience using a compression knee sleeve. I really wasn’t sure what to expect. I was having occasional instability and slight pain in one of my knees while jogging. The first time I put on the sleeve it felt like it was tight above the knee and loose below the knee. However after a couple miles it felt fine. I experienced no instability or pain in the knee. I was surprised how much support it gave me. Perhaps because it is rather thick material it gives you more support than most sleeves. Sometimes at night I have discomfort in my knee. I put the sleeve on and it helped reduce the pain. I figured I would give it a week before I wrote my review. I can say that my knee feels great after a week of using the sleeve everyday on my jogs.

Would have given a full five stars but it does rub the back of my knee if I walk a lot.
