Evolution Natural Work - Stainless Steel Pan - 11 inch

I like the size and weight of it so I don't feel that I'm doing heavy lifting when cooking food in the kitchen. However since it is light, the bottom of the wok is very thin and it's easy to get warped under high heat during the cooking process.

So far so good. I've used it to make soup, chili, and stir-fry and have had no real problems with the pan. The only thing I wish that it had was for it to come with a lid. Luckily though, I have a glass lid that fits it fairly well. Overall, I love having the pan. It's sturdy and so far seems well put together.I like that it's stainless steel so I can use it on high heat.

Light weight which is good. But it it bowed up in the middle so oil pools around outter edges, leaving middle dry. I wrote company and she said heat will flatten it out to level. Well, it DOESN'T! Not even browning foods when frying. Very disappointed.
