Not a miracle but it definitely helps reduce body temp
I didn't feel cool (temperature wise!) when I was wearing this, so I thought it wasn't working.Then I realized that it was 32 C (around 90F) out and though I didn't feel cool, I definitely wasn't overheating like I normally did. So, worth the money in my opinion.Doesn't get stiff or feel weird on the skin, it's just like any sport/tech cloth. I swish it in the sink with a little soap 2x a week and let it dry every night, no problem with smells. I bought one for my elderly father to help regulate his temperature during the summer and he also thinks it helps.

A MUST BUY!
Towel works great!!! Love the color & how the material is really soft & stretchy. Works great as a workout towel as well as a bandana. Wish they had more colors. Overall 1-10 o would give it a SOLID 9.3!

Does the job
I wear this towel around my neck but pull it up over my nose and mouth to act as a barrier when out in public. It is lightweight and cool for wearing. It would not be large enough for most people to do this.

Best cooling towel out there.
I bought two of the mission cooling towels. My son has a hard time with the heat. I also wanted one. My son claimed both of them. I just ordered a third so I could have one.

These cooling towels are great for cooling body temperature while on the golf course, working in the garden or other outdoor activities.

Keeps me some cooler.
It's okay. I use it for golf and carry it in a baggie with icy cold water. I cannot not really tell any difference when I snap it than before. Perhaps I'm not doing it correctly. I think that it, also, needs to be a bit longer. I wrap it around my neck and try to tuck the ends in so it will stay, but it usually comes undone. I mostly tuck it into my top. I live in the South where survival in the heat is necessary if one spends any time outdoors. It does keep me some cooler.
