1. Most affordable branded water purifier 2. Suitable for cheaper market accessories 3. Simple and less electronics. 4. Needs a separate pre filter which costs 500 on Amazon but company charges 1200 rs for the same. 5. Yearly service requires 4500 rs from company quite high.

My experience with Livpure RO has been average. The product quality and overall performance are not as good as expected. Customer service and after-sales support need improvement. The company should focus more on customer satisfaction and provide better service. Overall, I am not fully satisfied with the product and would think twice before recommending Livpure RO to others.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT ELSE YOU WILL REGRET AFTER BUYING IT
The Most pathetic and horrible product to buy. Entire service team in UAE is inefficient and are not fit for the role. Zero client centric or service mindset, the entire installation or service team does not respond to you even if you break your head. Itโs been almost 10 days I bought this product but till now the installation issues are not fixed. To install the product they took 5 days and after installation the product started making weird noise. Despite repeatedly calling the installation team, their managers in Dubai there has been absolutely no response or resolution. Now since the product is open I cannot return it and am stuck with this defective product with such horrible team who do not pay heed to customers issue. DO NOT BUY LIVPURE PRODUCT IN DUBAI. ENTIRE LIVPURE SERVICE TEAM IS JUST INEFFICIENT
