**UPDATE** out of nowhere the whole unit crashed. No longer powers on regardless of the new power cord.Took a while to set up, because they had an update that renders the security system useless. Once you use their update to update the system it's all in Chinese can't read it and it no longer works with WiFi which means you can no longer use the cameras on your phone. I did a factory reset and turned off any updates and it's working okay. I do wish the cameras worked better at night they are Black as Black for being night vision. Will post pictures. Would've loved if they were wider views. As for the phone app. Useless. Constantly errors. Can't get in to see anything. Never had text alerts or email alerts (I did set up). Would've nice if their online actually worked on a computer so I didnt drain my phone. Just junk.

Received my product Thursday afternoon. Spend all day Saturday setting up. Installation was fast and easy. Programing it has been very difficult. Trying one more time to get it to work, if it doesn't, I will be returning product back. Stay tuned for an update.
