Do they come with color led or graphite ?

Black graphite lead. These are excellent pencils, very good value.

How many leads are in each pencil?

I checked a couple of them. There was one spare lead behind the eraser, plus the one in use. I bought a bunch of higher quality leads when I bought my Madisi set.

Is the eraser refillable ?

Yes, just like most mechanical pencils. No spare erasers are provided in the box, but on the rare occasions I use up an eraser, I just transfer one from another pencil.
