Q: is it compatible for audio and windows 11?

Yes to both. I'm sure there are no significant issues with win 11 (as I've checked that it works in win 10) and you presumably know that your pc will upgrade to win 11. The win 10 driver also is ok; so the mini driver disc should not be an issue either if you don't have a cd reader/player on your machine. It says in the blurb it will work with audio, media and data etc so you should be OK there too.

Q: Does anyone know if this will work to connect Raycons to a PC?

Yes it does that’s exactly what I am using it for works well too connects when you remove them from the box switches back to speakers when you put them back in the box and shut the lid

Q: Will this also allow the mic on my headset to work okay ?

This should work as long as you connect to it

Q: does this work with headphones on xbox?

I would say no, it wouldn't as you'd have to pair them through settings which I'm pretty sure isn't an option on Xbox. Instead, a workaround I found was to purchase a 3.5mm audio jack Bluetooth adapter to plug into the controller.
