Good product better than most the other ones out there

I received this and it was damaged when I opened it . The sides were scraped and dented it looked old even though I bought it new . I was very disappointed in this and I want to send it back to get a new one but I’m worried that I may get another one that’s damaged just like this I’m still sending it back as it’s no use to me

Item arrived defective, it makes a weird static sound when on , which from previously owning one they are supposed to be relatively quiet. The screen has not been fitted properly it’s basically loose it’s covered in surface scratches and speaker volume is incredibly quiet when a word comes through. For £180.99 you’d expect better. Will be sending back hopefully can get a better replacement.

Used it in day time when it first arrived wife had just been to dentist and it mentioned the words grandmother & numb . Used it at night same night got some terrorist and the devil to say we have that in our own flat was very unnerving . Wife were bricking it. I kind of shrugged it off has there's only 2000 words in it so will go through the same words time & time again . Fun though . Easy to use just switch it on and keep it charged

To be honest, I had mixed feelings when ordering this. A lot of people said they work, but an equal amount (mostly none believers in the paranormal) said they didn't !!So would it be "money down the drain" ?Only one way to find out, so I ordered it, and from the first time we I used it, I've NEVER regretted buying it.Okay, sometimes you will wait 20-30 minutes before the first words start to appear and sometimes there will be pauses of 5, 10, maybe even 20 minutes between one word and the next, but this is just the spirits wandering off for a break.It surprises with its accuracy, although you sometimes have to interpret a word.For instance it took me a while to learn that "Edison" meant I should turn the lights on or off !!So, there's only one more thing to say, and that's go buy one NOW !!

The item is broken the charger won't stay in so can't charge it paid £300 for it so now list out on a lot of money very disappointing
