True to color, lots of added pockets and features. Seems to be a good value for what all you get.
Backpack is a bit larger than what I expected but I am alright with it. It has quite a few hidden pockets and extra features (the emergency whistle on the upper buckle is a great addition) and the color matches what I expected from the images. The side pockets seem to be a good size for smaller items you want access to and it is surprisingly light weight for everything it has built into it. The tucked away rain cover was a nice addition, but it isn't exactly what I thought it would look like but it will work for that purpose. I have not yet tested it in the field as it was ordered on Prime day (and delivered same day!). Overall I am happy with the purchase for the price.

Perfect for hiking trip in wilderness!
This was the PERFECT backpack for taking to the Great Smoky Mountains and hiking/camping in the wilderness for a week. It was lightweight and breathable, and came with an awesome cover for when it was raining. All the perfect places for the things, even your phone when you want to quickly pull it out and take a picture without having to take off your backpack. Cannot recommend this one enough! Way better than the expensive one I bought years ago.

Very functional for a week of hiking
This backpack felt good while I was hiking last week. The waist straps are wide enough to provide good support without rolling and the zip pockets on those straps are really convenient to hold small items ( chapstick, motel key, car key, etc). The other pockets are very functional. The rain cover worked well during the daily rain showers. It was a good buy for my needs.

It's a good backpack
I've had this backpack 🎒 for a little over a year and it has performed very admirably; one of the zippers got stuck on the track and when I had to rip it open in an attempt to fix it the freaking tassel/pull thing came loose as well but I love this backpack 🎒,this brand and I definitely plan on getting another at the end of this month; the only other recommendation/request I would make is can't Maelstrom make any backpacks 🎒 that are anywhere from 60L to 100L in terms of carrying capability while also simultaneously retaining it's durability?I'm homeless and I pack sooo much freaking stuff and I mean if they could do that I wouldn't mind paying at least $10 bucks more so probably $50 or $60 bucks max maybe

Comfort and size
Super happy with this (40L) day pack hiking backpack. Fits all my alpine lake fishing gear. Change of clothes, mess kit, camp stove, seasoning, oil, map, compass, hiking poles, water shoes, 3L water bladder. Can't beat the price

Here's How I think this goes....
Initial thoughts. I got a blue one because it reminds me of the sky...the same sky I will be hiking under while wearing this pack.Another thought is that it has a lot of zippers and pockets , and those areusually needed on these things , so that's a plus.Overall I am satisfied. Not in the way that one is satisfied after a great dinner , but in the way that you get when that food shows up and you've been patiently waiting.

Fly the chepo airlines? Buy this pack!
I HIGHLY reccomend this backpack. Essentially I have fit 1 weeks worth of clothes ( I am a size 16), a computer + charging, some vitamin packs, an umbrella, an extra pair of shoes, and a water bottle and I still fit in under the Spirit/ Frontier "small purse, backpack" measurements. I plan to take this to Europe for a weeks worth of travel this summer.

Excellent Product - Highly Recommend
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I'm very happy with this purchase. I have some small gripes with the placement of some of the straps and zippers but they aren't enough to cause me to write a bad review or scare anyone away.
