This is so adorable! I read the previous reviews, and luckily stumbled across a fantastic helpful hint. I used a silver - metallic Sharpie, and wrote a (permanent) "Today's Special". I had to write it, then rewrite, about four layers after each dried. It looks great, and is substantially whiter, clearer, and easier to see and read than chalk. The silver-metallic Sharpie does resemble the chalk quite well, too. The delivery was fast, and I always appreciate that. Love it!!

It's adorable and looks great on the wall but the chalk writing is fairly light on the surface of the board. I just wrote one saying and I leave it so it's fine.

Extremely pleased with my new chalkboard! It arrived within two days in excellent condition. Superfast compared to other vendors. Packaged well and it's a sturdy, quality board. I had one of these already and I love it to leave notes on for my kids or make lists . . . my middle son wanted one for his apartment so I ordered it for him . . . love that it comes with the eraser attached and chalk so it is all ready to go

The media could not be loaded.  I could’ve swear that it came with a eraser and chalk that’s why I didn’t give it a 5 stars and it doesn’t like vintage like it says for the price I got ripped off ! I just saw others post and it’s nothing in letters as mine or what it should bring, it not worth the money

Saw this in the Coke store in Orlando and saved money ordering it here. This is going to look great on my food trailer for specials of the day !

This item was a Christmas present. The letters for Coca-Cola are thin and one broke. I hate dealing with returns so instead of returning it I simply glued it down. Other than this, the item is as pictured and expected. My children wrote "Welcome to Mom's Kitchen. Today's Special Is:" on it. We enjoy changing out the "daily special".

Nice size chalkboard. There is a small lip on the bottom that holds the chalk and the eraser. The Eraser is on a string. We use this board for special messages on special occasions in our music room..
