Good for four years - but fades to splotchy pink

Nice grill decoration
This is a good quality grill decoration. The inside of my grill isn't accessible by just opening the hood, so I turned the operation of detaching the grill over to my son-in-law who, not surprisingly, had a special tool that made it easy. I would have probably used a screwdriver or pliers and broken the attachment. After that, it was easy to get the badge on nice and tight. I don't remember if there were lock nuts that came with the badge or if my son-in-law produced a couple from one of the many little boxes of stuff he has, but, either way, I recommend lock nuts.

I don’t know what it’s for
I bought this for my 2008 Mini Cooper S, and I still don’t know why. It looks nice, and I’m sure I got another 20 HP just by putting it on. The back plastic piece to hold it in place is a pos, however and snapped in half.

Just what I needed. However my grill is difficult so I drilled a hole screwed in and used industrial glue also. So far so good!

Pretty Decent
Seems like decent quality. It is heavy and better than most of these pieces I’ve bought over the years. So far so good. We’ll see how long the red colour lasts.
