Alright
Nice handle, feels sturdy. Used it for beard growth. Needles were too small for what I needed it for

You want hair? Get this!!
I have been trying to grow hair im my frontal bald spot for years. I'm not a pill taker, so rogain was not an option. I tried massage of my scalp and I found a formula for rogain from an essential oils company which I was using in my shampoo. Then a friend told me about the Bosley Micro-roller and I bought it and within a week I could see positive results of my efforts. I have no before and after pictures and the effort is not complete. I will return when I have the hair I want.

Snake oil
I used this as directed for 2 months, it made no considerable difference in thickness of hair on my scalp. I would never recommend to anyone.

Good quality! Would like to see replacement rollers...
The micro roller (derma roller) appears to be of very good quality.I use derma rollers and have gotten good results from them so I ordered this for my fiance to try out.He has used it for a couple of weeks (2- 3 times a week) so there have been no results as of yet.At $35, it's a little pricey compared to others, but for the quality, I think it's priced accordingly.I would like to see some replacement rollers, without the serum. The set of 3 replacement rollers with a serum for 174.99 is too high in price in my opinion.

3 months of use, and my starting point
Update after 3 months of use -I can see a lot of small peach fuzz growing on my head. I've been using it 2-3 times a week for 3 months so far. If the peach fuzz turns into real hair in the next 3 months I'll let you know.Original Review-That's my scalp today. Before my first head massage with this micro roller.I followed the directions, 10 times going from front to back, then from right to left, covering my whole area. I'll continue this 2-3 times a week as recommended. I did not press hard, as they say don't do that. There's no doubt I could feel the micro needles.I'm cleaning it as recommend, before the first use, and after the first use with alcohol. Warm water immediately after use to remove skin. Then the alcohol. The roller was easy to hold, and I can see why you don't go back and forth. Your hair will get tangled up in it if you went back and forth.I'll post another picture if anything grows. So that plastic case, there's 2 plastic buttons, I broke them off immediately trying to open it, squeeze them and pull the 2 sides apart to open. Now I just squeeze where they were. So, as time goes on after the micro needles I feel it more. I waited 15 minutes as they recommended before putting some other hair growth stuff on as well. Lots of tingling going on up there now.If my scalp has more hair in 2 months I'll consider buying the retirement replacement heads. It's good to know that the .25mm is plenty, anything more would definitely be painful.I'll say for now this is a plastic handle product, that seems well made, the head is very good, rolls nicely. Research says this should work. We'll see about thatI hope you found this review helpful.

This Will Take Some Tine, So Far, Interesting..
I have a patch of hair that stopped growing for some reason. I got this to try to stimulate it and see if it helps.HOW THIS COMESThis comes in a box. Inside the box is the handle, the roller, the case to over the roller and a fabric sack to keep it all in. There is also a set of instructions.HOW TO USEI use this by running it back and forth 10 times lightly in one direction and then perpendicular direction for 10 more times. This is only to be done 2 or 3 times a week, not daily. The idea is to stimulate the skin to grow and repair tiny injuries and get new growth.IS IT PAINFUL?I have to say that this is not as painful as I expected. It is not how HARD you press, but the quickness of running the tiny blades across the surface that causes the stimulation. For me after I am done, I feel just a tiny bit of sting, but it is hardly anything and goes away pretty quickly.DOES IT WORK?That, my friend, is not going to be an easy assessment to make. I will continue to use this for the next few months and see if anything changes. If it does, I will add to this review and let you know. If it does not, then you can assume nothing is happening if this has not been updated yet.GRIPYou should never use this with wet hands, so the grip on the handle is plenty for me. It is not a fancy metal handle, but a plastic one made to look like metal. It is plenty grippy enough for me.BLADESThe blades are recommended to be replaced every 2 to 3 months. The only source I can find so far is Bosley and they end up being at least $15 a blade roll (not sure about shipping).THE BOTTOM LINEThis is expensive. It seems to be well made but expensive for what you get. Time will tell if it works.MY RATINGFOUR STARS so far. It is a bit on the expensive side, but it is better made than some other microblades I have used. I will re-evaluate over time as my hair does not grow or grows in my small patch. For now, it seems to be okay and not difficult to use.
