Came with a piece missing. Bought them at the same time I bought Christmas gifts so I can't return them

Broken upon arrival. Waste of money.

Couldn't believe the expensive Tory Burch earrings I bought for a gift showed up broken! Pearl cap was completely broken off, very cheap and disappointed. Would have given zero stars but it requires at least 1.

Post were crooked and backs were not original, logo in the middle did not have definition- Returned and the refund took over 18 days.
