This supplement works as intended. It's supposed to help elevate your vitamin d levels. Mine were very low and this helped increase my level in about 2 months. It's a lower dose, so I was initially taking 2 of them every day and now I take 1 every other day.. The pills are tiny and easy to swallow. There is no after taste.

I take this as a supplement to my osteoporosis treatment. Bone density has improved, so I guess this plays a part.

I am a health freak, and a couple years ago I had a health scare. And my physician put me on vitamin supplements, I started taking this one a couple months ago. And I love it! I actually take six different supplements, and my test come back Great! Every time I go to my Physician and they run a blood test, they just keep telling me, keep doing what you’re doing and everything checks out good! So if you want that vitamin, if you want to give your body what it needs and deserves!? This is it!

I buy the D3 and K2 separately because the combined version is WAAAAY more than you need for either in one day. You can overdo the D3 and that’s not good.
