Partially untranslated?

I adore this book! The photos are lovely, the recipes are interesting and the layout is well put together and easy to read. However, a good chunk of the middle (page 99 -122) is in French! Does anyone else have this problem? Did I just get an off print? This includes the ravioli introduction, which I would very much like to read.
