I originally bought this for Halloween when I decided last minute to be a former child pageant star. I had a terrible plastic tiara and drank all of my alcohol out of a baby bottle. It was probably the best Halloween costume I've ever come up with while at college. I also wore this around during Mardi Gras one year, and it was great! People shouted guesses while walking around, and the drunk beauty queen costume got me a lot of great throws during the parades. I unfortunately left this behind while moving out of New Orleans and am sorely tempted to find a reason to buy another.

Bought this for a friend's 21st and her upcoming Vegas trip and it was such a hit - so much better than the typical "I'm 21" or "birthday girl" sash! People kept coming up to her all night asking why they should buy her a shot.. it's a for sure for getting your birthday girl drunk with free shots all night. And it's nice and satin-y, good quality!

If you want attention on your special occasion this is a must have. It should come with that warning... I had a blast on my Bday so I have no complains.

It was made of good material and it was long enough for an adult. I was afraid it was going to be too small but it fit just right.
