rabbit loves these
My rabbit loves these! We use them as a treat. Which is nice because they are actually good for them. If you use these full time (you shouldn't) you will get an overweight rabbit! Ask me how I know. Give them 80% quality hay, some fresh food and a few of these.

So Good, You May Be Tempted to Try Some…
This product is very impressive. Excellent packaging with resealing top. The quality is apparent the minute you open the package. The color is vibrant and the texture is firm but moist. The smell is so fresh, like freshly baled hay. My Lop has always loved this food and I mix it with his pelletized food and larger firmer blocks to help keep his teeth in tip-top shape. This is definitely a repeat purchase for me. I have not found it in local retail stores, so quick and easy ordering via Amazon is a win.

My rabbits LOVE these treats
My rabbits LOVE these. They climb over each other to get their treats. I think it is the beetroot that they really love. Unfortunately that does make their pee dark. Mine are litter box trained, but a couple of times they have had accidents and if I don't clean up immediately that is trouble. But any small inconvenience is worth it to see them binky across the room to get to the handouts!

Good for keeping teeth short.
My prairie dogs love it and the large pieces make them gnaw on it which helps keep their teeth in good shape. Regular pellets don't do that.

Biggest pellets ever!!
The pellets are huge. They seem good but my bunny doesn't like them so personally I won't re buy.

Nearly perfect
My 5 year old American Sable rabbit loves kaytee's field and forest. It is his favorite food. I give him a mix of these and another brand's organic pellets, because they complement each other. I like that field and forest has no molasses which is sugar and should not be given to rabbits. There are a lot of quality ingredients, the smell and appearance are good, smell is like roasted veggies. It is not entirely green like other rabbit pellets, there are some red parts, maybe from beets. It also contains probiotics. It's the best of what Kaytee has to offer. When we first adopted our bunny he was on a kaytee mix that was garbage. It took me a lot of time to switch him to healthier food.On the negative side I wish they took away soy from the formula (soy is used as a filler in rabbit's pellets). If they improved the formula I'd switch to Field and Forest entirely, soy is the biggest complain from me. Also the size is a bit odd, my bunny likes the big chunks but it is less easy to measure a tbs with them. It is also pricey IMO.PS. I recommend storing it in a tightly closed jar. I left the last batch in the original bag and small beetles found their way inside and colonized the food.

Better for their Teeth!
I am not a vet, but these pellets seem like such better quality and better for rabbits teeth than the old fashioned pellets. Their hardness and size seem like they would be good for their ever growing teeth. The pellets are large and hard and fresh smelling. My rabbit goes nuts over them. Rabbits need mostly hay for their diet. But I feed a little bowl of these to her every morning and night.
