I took the 10x health gut/food sensitivities test and it actually tested for leaky gut, candida etc.. The docs recommended TruFlora and Theraflora! I did a 90 day protocol and WOW everything is actual better. I won't go into details but my gut is healthy for the first time in years.

I actually add this to water in a little spray bottle and use it on my skin. Helps my sensitive skin a ton. Also has helped clear up my acne when I spray it on after I wash my face. Helps colonize some good bacteria on the skin I guess! Anyways- good value I think. I really like this probiotic. If you pop open the capsule it smells a bit like baby formula- not relevant to anything just FYI. Helps with my GI issues a lot.

I've only been using this for about 1 week, but it is doing the trick. A number of symptoms have decreased, including bloating, pain and stomach noises. I will continue to buy it and use it. I'm currently using it at the intensive level, once per day. I take it at bedtime, thinking that it can do its work without food going through my system at the same time.

I want people to know that the bottle actually states that it will last for 3 months without refrigeration. This is given in response to a review in which the person was upset that it didn't come protected from heat. I would be concerned if it was a very hot summer day, but I live in MI so for me, that's not the case. I have done a lot of reading about "gut flora" and have learned that this is one of the few products that actually is meant to grown in the stomach, the pill is coated with a substance that doesn't get destroyed by stomach acid, and it has a lot of great probiotics in it. I use it every other day as my system is out of wack. While I do set out one week supply at a time with my other meds I take, I do store it in the fridge for safer keeping. Most probiotics do recommend refrigerating especially after opening them. Well worth a try to see if it works for your system.

Read a review on probiotics and this was rated #2 for the cost and I don't think we can go whout it now. My partner suffered from horrible IBS for years and now she can't believe this product could have made such a huge difference. We could not be happier. We recommend anyone try it at least once!
