Works alright
I have this setup to display my menu items, but when I turn it on, the menu does not automatically display. I went back to Settings and made sure to enable the option to auto display, but it just says no signal. So I just unplug the power for a few seconds then plugged it in again and it works. Kinda of annoying and customer service is difficult to contact.

Spent $400 on boxes I cannot use
I have attempted to contact the seller. There is no contact information on their site. These boxes do not work as described unless you pay $5.99 extra per device per month. This is not shared on the equipment, which says it is plug and play. I have 4 boxes to edit our restaurant menus which I paid to have installed and have not been able to use the last 4 months with no ability to return them. I am very unhappy with the purchase.
