Great formula nice color this gel polish has great staying power, no cure light needed

I love Essie gel polish for the perfectly designed brush and the fact that the colors last forever. I particularly like that a lot of their gels do not contain sparkles, as I'm really not into sparkly polish. However the color I got to review was this neon pumpkin orange that I really did not love. So I gave this one away :)

This Essie gel nail color was immediately claimed by my tween. She likes this color for fall wear.While this is a gel polish, and gel polishes work best with gel base and top coats, and a gel nail dryer/setter, this polish will set without any of that. However, you'll get the best wear time and look out of this color if you do use gel-specific accessories.The Polish comes in a non-standard bottle. The bottle is an x shape, and not a round polish bottle. If you are using a polish rack, you will want to check that the bottle fits.

This is my first experience with using a gel fingernail polish and so far I’m a fan. I painted my toenails a month ago and the color is still going strong. No chips or signs of wear so far. The nail polish went on easily and I feel like one coat was almost enough coverage. I did two coats per habit and it looked flawless. The red color is so bold and vibrant. Love it!

This product was NOT the same as what you can buy in stores. It’s def defective as I used it with my gel couture top coat and it chipped that day. This does not happen with my other gel couture colors. I tried to return but they wouldn’t let me return nail polish for hazard reasons. Def do not buy! I had to throw it away. It was also impossible to remove from fingers and toes. Which I had to do immediately since they all chipped within hours.

For me with my blue undertoned skin, finding a true red that works has been exceedingly difficult. With Living Legend, I've finally found one. The polish goes on smoothly at just the right consistency and comes with a beautifully trimmed, slightly wide brush. Compared to other polish brands, it has a mild odor. Dries quickly. Wears well. I easily get a week from it even though I do a lot of gardening and other outside work. Has a beautiful shine even without a top coat. And when the time comes to remove it, it comes off easily without a lot of fuss. I always wondered what the fuss was about essie and why it cost a little more than the standard drugstore brands. Now I know. There's not much more I can ask for from a polish!

I love these gel couture polishes. I have over twelve of them in my collection. As per my previous reviews, the formula goes on smooth and provides full coverage in two coats. It has a nice thick wide brush that makes painting larger nail beds easy, it dries quickly, and comes in a generous bottle .46 fl oz bottle. I experience no chipping. My manicure lasts over 14 days. To date, I only have to change it because of the nail growth, but never because of chips. The last two colors I acquired wereLiving Legend - a pretty reddish orange color. It's a little more red, with hints of orange.Last Night's Look - Love this bubble gum pink. It's so pretty.This is my favorite polish/formula. It's has great colors and is long lasting.
