I like it.
The pro chair is excellent. My motivation to use it dismal (smile). The chair was easy to put together ( minimal assembly). The main thing I like about it is that I don't have to get down on the floor. The DVD does have us do a few floor excersizes, but I just skip them and do something else. There are two levels of tension on the springs. It's very easy to switch between the two. You do feel better after using it for 20-30 minutes.

That's a problem because it feels like feet are just on metal
Foam pad covers for foot pedals arrived smash down. Assumed they would plump back up after plastic wrap covering was removed but they haven't and it's been over a month. That's a problem because it feels like feet are just on metal. Item also difficult to assemble but after an hour, I figured it out.

I thought this would be too easy. Boy was I WRONG!
It may look like an easy workout but it will kick your butt! I thought when I saw this it would be a nice easy alternative to the gym. WRONG! These are great all around exercises that will work on every aspect of the body. It's great to get this level of workout with the convenience of being at home.

PILATES EQUIPMENT IS THE BEST!!!!
Takes some time to learn how to use this. However, I have owned Pilates equipment in the past and I know they are the best. I was hoping I could store this under the bed but didn't fit. At least it's smaller then the Performer! The green color is great.

Easy to follow along
The biggest challenge was getting off all the wrappings! The Pro Chair was much lighter than I thought it would be. The DVD's were very helpful. Easy to follow along. The springs offer two settings which is helpful. Not hard to use at all once you get hang of it.
