It cuts sugar cravings!!
I was very skeptical about trying this because my aunt said it was really sweet. It taste really good to me and I added a half of fresh lemon juice. I really appreciated that it helped with my sugar craving. I haven't had any sweets or soda since I started and completed this detox. I was told it supposed to help you with doing the # 2, that wasn't the case for me. I felt as if it hindered me in that area as I am one that has a regular bowel movement that would be a take away for me. I hope this info helps someone else on their journey. Thanks

Not what I expected
The taste isn’t bad. I like the all natural ingredients too. However, I tried it fir two weeks as the directions stated and it had me backed up. No laxative effect at all. I wasn’t even getting my regularly scheduled poop in.It doesn’t dissolve completely no matter how long it sits.

Don’t waste your money
I soooo wanted this to be tasteful. It’s awful. And even when I managed a mere week to get it down it didn’t work. Nope. Didn’t work as a colon cleanse for me.

Product arrived open!!????
the safety film closure was partially open when I received the box and some of the powder had leaked. I am not sure whether this is safe to consume - Amazon doesn't have anything else in place than return and I didn't want to waste time so I tried it - Don't know if it will work but it is overly sweet - I feel like drinking of bottle of sweetener ..... too bad because the taste is not "bad" but just too sweet - when you try to decondition your body from sugar and you drink twice a day a super sweet taste drink that doesn't make any sense to me ..... I will have to use less to dilute the taste.

Horrible taste
Have not seen any results and it tastes horrible. Tried covering up the taste with other flavors but it is so strong it ruins everything.
