KONTA Collagen Daily Cream for Face with Moisturizing Ingredients - Reduces Signs of Aging, Fatigue, Stress, Lack of Sleep, 1.7oz

I’ve been using the same collagen product for 5+ years and was excited to try a different brand. The texture is very different; thin and translucent. It goes on fine, but as it sets it becomes sticky AND it stung my lips for a couple of hours. So this product doesn’t work for me personally.

One very big cranky shoutout to age/illness-related dry skin. Seriously, I can’t seem to win with my skin and yes, it is making me look older. Grrr… There’s a regular product that I’ve been using for YEARS that normally works, but this year has been troubling in terms of trying to keep my skin healthy. Having recently jumped back on the collagen bandwagon, I thought I would see if this collagen face cream with it’s combination of ingredients, might help. So what did I think?Smell/Scent: This is always a big deal for me. As someone who lives with chronic migraines, I’m sensitive to certain smells and I try to avoid products where the scent lingers. The scent is super mild and I didn’t notice it once it was on.How it went on/how it feels: According to the product listing, this is lightweight and oil-free. I washed my face before applying and it went on easily enough, but at the same time, it also felt like it was just sitting on my skin, which might just be my skin. There was no residual or stickiness to it, which is great. However, there was a slight burning sensation on my skin after I applied it that did eventually go away – felt like a sunburn and my cheeks did turn red. I suspect it's something in the ingredients, but they’re all ingredients I have in other products that I use, so I’ve no idea what caused it.How does my skin feel/look: So, yes, I am seeing brighter skin and a reduction in fine lines on my face.Overall: I sort of like it. I do like how my skin looks the next day. However, I’ve used it 3x now with the same sunburny results, so it may just be that this isn’t a good product for me.

I used this collagen cream on my face for about a month before switching to my neck area at night only. It's really nothing special in my opinion. It didn't cause me to break out or my makeup to do wierd things, absorbs quickly, but I just didn't notice any good results from this cream. I've used creams in the past that would give me an immediate glow and/or help my makeup stay on longer, but didn't have that experience with this cream at all. When used at night, I woke up feeling like I hadn't applied anything at all. Not drier, per se, but as if my skin wasn't treated with anything. I plan to use the reminder on my neck and find something else for my face.

This is my 3rd day using this gel/cream. The pictures are 2 weeks a part, the last being taken today. I like the coolness on my face and neck, not a huge fan of the stickiness, luckily THAT does subside. I believe it helps with my "turkey neck". The smell is not overly perfumy, it is nice, maybe a soft scented flower. All in all, I like this gel, will use it regularly and report any changes by following up on this review.

Decent cream smells weird

The media could not be loaded.  works good as a moisturizer, but i’ve seen no results with reducing fine lines and wrinkles. it’s has a thin, gel-like consistency and a little goes a long way.

I love a good night cream. When I do my evening skincare routine, by the time I’m done, I want to look like a glazed donut.While this cream does make my skin feel good by morning, it’s not as thick going on as I typically prefer texture wise. This doesn’t mean it’s not working well, I just personally prefer a more dense feeling to my night cream, and this has much more of a watery texture then I would typically go for. This might also be a huge plus for many other people who don’t want that thick feeling like I do.The packaging is beautiful and I like the ingredients so I will continue to use this product till it is gone, but will likely look into the other night cream options from this company the next time I order.

I got this for my girlfriend. She recently ran out of her usual collagen cream so decided to give this a try. It is light weight and doesn't have a strong scent. It feels smooth on the skin and works great.
