Super nice laptop, powerful, great battery life, and very nice display. Can't beat it for the price.

DO NOT BUY laptop came beat t o hell all types of scrapes and scratches like beyond what would be considered normal for a used laptop. Then the battery died and I went to charge it and guess what the battery is no good it will not accept a charge so the only way I can use the laptop is if I plug in the charger. So I go to return the laptop and the app is physically not letting me return it so I have to go fight on the phone with them now

Very good purchase works really well so far and it very lightweight, perfect for both work and school. I'll do another review in 3 months.

I have purchased several laptops from this seller in the past, but the last 2 that I ordered on July 1 and were delivered on July 3 were not up to standard. This seller passed the laptops off as Used, but Excellent. They are not Excellent. The chargers that came with the laptops are non-OEM. One was an HP charger and the other one was made by HIPRO. The laptop requires 65W of charging power, but the HP charger outputs 90W and the HIPRO charger - unknown. The laptops struggle to charge. But the annoying thing is Amazon is preventing me from contacting the seller directly to try and resolve the issue. They have thrown in their AI bot which takes me round and round. I am hoping the seller will read my comments in this review and send me the right chargers and earn himself a 4 Rating. Failing that I am going to return the laptops and buy replacements somewhere else.

I’ve purchased quite a few renewed and refurbished computers over the years, and this was the one I was most excited about. After spending some time with it, there are definitely things I like and a few things that have been disappointing. The battery life is excellent. I don’t like being tied to an outlet, and I frequently take my laptop on the go. This computer has performed very well in that area and easily lasts through my typical use. The included charger, however, was a letdown. It came with a barrel-style plug that had a usb-c adapter. The connection for this was not great so, I ended up purchasing a replacement charger almost immediately. Performance is generally good once the computer is running. Programs load quickly and everyday tasks feel responsive. Unfortunately, startup can be slow, and I’ve experienced multiple occasions where the system freezes completely. When this happens, even Ctrl+Alt+Delete doesn’t respond, thus forcing a hard shutdown. I’ve also noticed that the power button occasionally fails to respond, which is concerning for long-term reliability. Cosmetically, the laptop arrived in near-perfect condition. The only issue I noticed was that one section of the rubber foot on the bottom was peeling up in a corner. It’s minor, but it does make me wonder how long it’s going to stay on. (It’s not a huge issue at all doesn’t affect how the computer runs or operates so didn’t impact my opinion when rating this post.) The laptop is lightweight, sleek, and easy to carry around. It also has a good selection of ports, including two USB-C charging ports, which is a feature I’ve really come to appreciate since I can charge from either side. It also includes a headset jack, USB port, HDMI port, and SD card slot. The only thing missing is an Ethernet port, so you’re limited to Wi-Fi connectivity. - You also can see this from the picture so that really didn’t impact my opinion on it. Setup was straightforward and required very little effort beyond the normal Windows setup process. Be prepared for a large number of updates during initial startup, though. Overall, I like this computer. While it’s not my favorite refurbished laptop I’ve purchased, it’s still an upgrade from what I was using before. If the freezing issues and occasional power button problems continue, I may end up having to replacing it sooner than expected. But as it stands, it’s a solid laptop with good battery life and portability. The reliability concerns is what is keeping me from giving it a full 5 stars.

As soon as I got this Laptop I loaded AVG antivirus on it . I was getting pop up after pop up and even AVG couldn’t rid this laptop of the viruses on it . The whole windows 11 was full of faults so I sent it back for a refund.

Fast and solid for a small computer. I am using it for my IT course and its perfect.
