These don’t give me energy. I’m trying my 2nd bottle still don’t see a change. Many years ago I used them and they were fantastic. Not sure why now they don’t help.

Total control gives is an Appetite suppressant. It allows you not to be as hungry so you can make a better decision it also gives you a moderate amount of energy. I never read this in their description for this product but for me it makes my mind feel better. I have used this product for years and would highly recommend it. 👍👍👍👍👍
