The mask does not keep contact with the areas around the eyes even after pressing into shape. Any solution for this?

They actually do, the gel side needs to make contact with your skin. I keep mine in the fridge.

Is it safe to keep in the freezer overnight?

Hi, it is recommended to place the desired item in the freezer for at least 60 minutes before using it. Manipulate in your hands to ensure that the mask/pad is flexible and cold but not completely frozen. If frozen solid, allow time for the gel to soften. Always refer to the provided Instruction Manual before using this product.
