I bought two of these, unfortunately. I did not reach out for help, and I did not return, or maybe I could have issues resolved. That said, one of the two never worked, the one that did work was very, very finicky despite my following instructions carefully, then it too stopped working. Yes, I tried fresh new batteries, because during the short time the one did work, though not very well, it quickly ate through the 4 X AA batteries; so used up the first batteries just trying to get it to work which it did at times, I’d say maybe 1 out of three times I tried. It was never a functional source of soap. I mean you definitely couldn’t count of jumping into the shower, and jumping out, clean, and ready to take on the world again. No, you’d better have your backup soap ready…it was a cool idea, and I wished at least one of my two had worked…disappointed, but I am partly to blame, because I never asked the seller for help.😩

sensor not working alway problem

Dispenses large quantity of soap (more than needed) even on the low setting.The green light started blinking and doesn't shut off. Cleaned the dispenser thoroughly, replaced batteries but the issue persists.

I don't see it.. Maybe competitors don't want this to get too many likes? Idk.. No, it doesn't put out too much soap, it has two settings. The lower of the settings is just enough to wash your hands. Use the second setting for dishes or what not. No leaks, no battery issues.. nothing. Great product, may get another, without hesitation. Thank you Jesus

I put my dove body wash into the dispenser and nothing is coming out. The light turns green when holding down the button but when I put my hands under it nothing comes out or any noise comes out of the device. Is anyone having any issues with this? I threw the box in the garbage so I can not return it. Is the dove body wash to thick maybe? the hole seems big enough but it never opens.

I bought this product and hung it in my shower. I have trouble with dexterity and thought it would help. The dispenser was perfect for about 2months, when the sensor died. The seller was extremely helpful. They informed me water had probably damaged the mechanism and sent me a full refund. Based on excellent customer service and how great this was to start, I would highly recommend for normal (sink) use

Se ve muy bien en el baño y totalmente funcional. Lástima que no viene con baterías de modo recargable o para conectar a la corriente de casa. De ahí en fuera, todo bien.
