We bought one of these last year for our RV. It is fantastic! Well secured on the wall with the glue provided, dispenses soap as needed, and looks very nice. Absolutely love it, so purchased one for home while we were away for the Summer in our RV. When we got home early October we immediately put up our new one, but it doesn't work. It will dispense a tiny bit of soap only once in a great while. We did everything the same way as the first to install it. Unfortunately, it is past the 30 days to return. We had even thought about getting a third one, once we got home, but I am afraid that the consistency of receiving ones that work may be unreliable. If you get one that works, you will love it's performance. If not, hopefully you can return it within the time frame. I would have given this product 5 stars, and would still have if I could have returned the second one, because I understand there are deffects sometime. But the fact that I am stuck with one that doesn't work makes me an unhappy customer.

sensor not working alway problem

Stay away from this product it’s problematic right out of the box. It’s not worth the money invest a few extra dollars and get something more reliable. Stop working as soon as I mounted it on the wall check batteries fully charged, touched sensor switch failed to work properly same day as it was taken out of the box.!! Totally disappointed.

I love the appearance, but it stoped working after only a few months. Of course it’s past the return window, so I have to shell out more money to replace.

We had high hopes for this dispenser for our disabled son to use in the shower. It worked well for about 3 months and now it has just stopped working. It is easy to use which is why we chose it but definitely not worth the money and we are not able to return it because it is past the return date (4 months out). Very unhappy.

I bought one of these for my grandchildren's bathroom, installed batteries and soap only to find out it didn't work. It would shut off and not work again. You had to hold down the button for 3 Seconds each time you needed to wash. It really defeated the whole purpose when the hand motion wouldn't initiate dispensing. So I dumped out the soap, removed the batteries snd sent it back, figuring I'd order another because the concept was great. The second one behaved exactly the same way so they obviously have a problem with the electronics, it was very disappointing and I didn't return in time so I literally threw away money.

Love this soap dispenser! I was searching for an automatic soap dispenser.This one meets my expectations. Sleek appearance and easy to fill the soap. The response of the dispenser works well. You don’t need to place hands too close or too far from the dispenser. The soap amount generated is perfect. The package comes with a free sponge which is a bonus. One tip for this, make sure to press the off button when you need to mount this into the wall and this avoids the unnecessary spill of the soap if it detects there is motion.

I wanted a FOAMING soap dispenser, which this item title states it is, AUTOMATIC FOAMING..... I bought foaming soap, installed the unit and filled the reservoir. Upon test use, I was sprayed in my eye by the soap due to the unit NOT FOAMING and the fact that the injector pump can be used to power wash your deck! The unit is good looking, but DEFINITELY does not perform as I would hope and I will probably return it. It worked way better with thicker liquid soap, but that's not the reason why I bought this dispenser. Way to powerful and way to much soap dispensing. Holds quite a bit of liquid, but the way it dischargers soap, it won't last long before you are refilling it. To bad!
