Great Taste & Easy to control dosage
I love how easy it is to control your dosage. I have tried other magnesium pills that work great but if I don't have 9 hours to dedicate to sleep I feel sluggish the next day. With these sometimes I will take only 1 chew when I only have time for let's say 6 hours of sleep. After taking MegaFood Relax magnesium I get the deepest sleep. I feel refreshed the next morning. My mind feels clear! No more brain fog! These also taste amazing. I use them as a dessert right after dinner. I was worried the "grape" taste would remind me of that awful childhood tylenol "purple" flavor. Not these!

Works on me Very Well.
These gummies taste good and are easy to chew and swallow. I alternate days of taking 1 or 2 because if I take 2 every day, I am kind of tired from being relaxed so much. Now thats me, so I don't know about others but I really like them.

Menopause Reliever...
I am going through Menopause and I do not like taking pills. The chews are flavorful, i.e., grape flavor is what it reminds me of. I have more tolerance for things and people that were irritating to me and I sleep better. Its better to subscribe and save ladies.

I’m not sure if these help with getting tired, but they taste really good, so I like them. The only reason I’m not going to stick with these is the sugar content. They’re too sugary. But if you want a kid to take magnesium, these should do the trick.
