I'm usually a bit weary of recommending "ketone supplements" especially as now, they seem to be "in fashion" - however, apart from the BHB blend, the product does have a nice blend of ingredients that improve performance, as supported by research & science.I had already been taking most of the ingredients by themselves, separately, so a product that has them already makes sense. I have been using the product for two weeks now and like it as a performance booster and fatigue delayer.The taste could be improved, but in the end, its a supplement, not a smoothie.

I have been using this in combination with a few of their other products and I like them a lot. This flavor compared to others of brand is hands down the best. It always getting me sweating regardless of the level of intensity of my trainings.

I don't care what flavor this stuff was, i couldn't even choke down 10ozs. It has the most foul after taste I've ever come across. Waste of my money.

Package came open and it looked like someone took a few scoops. . . But I was too lazy so I used it lol😬It’s an ok product. . . Definitely helped with endurance and strength but kind of pricey for minimal benefits
